Cancellation Policy

Papaful Series Commitment & Cancellation Policy

When enrolling in a Papaful Series, you are reserving a seat in an intentional group experience. Because space is limited and preparation goes into each Series, we ask all participants to review and agree to the following:

Life Happens: We understand that schedules shift, babies wake up at 3am with strong opinions, and life occasionally throws a surprise meeting on your calendar. We try to keep the policy fair while protecting the integrity of the group.

Refunds: All Papaful Series registrations are non-refundable.

Transfers: If you cannot attend your scheduled Series:

  • You may transfer your registration to another Papaful Series within 12 months of the original start date.

If you miss three or more sessions in the scheduled Series:

  • We will transfer your registration to another Papaful Series within 12 months of the original start date.

  • Transfers require approval from the Papaful team.

  • A $75 transfer fee applies when switching to a new Series date.

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your attendance:

  • Notification must be received at least 14 days before the Series start date.

  • Cancellations made after this window may incur a $75 administrative fee and you may be offered a seat in the next available Series if space permits.

Non-Transferable Registration: Registrations cannot be transferred to another person.

Attendance Commitment: Papaful Series is designed as a complete experience.

Participants agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions of the Series.

  • Arrive on time and participate fully so the group experience remains meaningful for everyone.

Participants who miss sessions may not receive a certificate of completion.

Show Up Well: We ask participants to show up mentally present and ready to engage. These conversations matter, and the group works best when everyone is fully there.

As a participant of this training, I agree to allow Papaful to do the following:

  • Take photographs of the training, which may include me, as well as allow Papaful to use these photographs for promotional purposes online and in print.

  • Use quotes from my Series evaluations (which I may fill out anonymously) for promotional purposes online and in print.
