You're officially registered for the Papaful ANCHOR Series.
We're excited to have you join a group of dads who are making space for something that can be surprisingly hard to find: honest conversation, meaningful connection, and a community of other fathers who are figuring this out alongside you.
This series is designed for dads, papas, and babas with children 0–5 years old. Some participants are first-time fathers. Others are parenting multiple children. The common thread is simple: dads who want a little more support, perspective, and connection as they figure out this whole fatherhood thing.
Come as you are. No expertise required. No perfect-dad performance necessary. Just show up.

Please save this link. You'll use the same link for all of our online sessions. Online sessions are live and facilitated. These sessions will not be recorded for privacy reasons.
1:1 Buddies
Each week, you will pair up with a new dad from your cohort to connect with. Your buddy gives you someone to reach out to between sessions. You can grab coffee, take a walk, meet up with your kids, or simply send a text. We encourage you to meet in-person when possible.
The goal is simple: create one additional connection that can continue beyond the weekly sessions.
About Your Group
You'll be part of a small group of 6–10 dads (your cohort).
This cohort will be your home base throughout the series. You’ll spend the majority of your time with these men. You’ll also be part of a larger group of dads (members of other cohorts). We will all move through the learning experience together.
Small enough that you'll know each other's names and big enough that someone else has probably also googled "is my kid supposed to do that?" at 2:13 AM.
Some conversations will be structured and facilitated. Others will simply give you space to talk, listen, laugh, ask questions, and learn from one another. The goal isn't to have all the answers. The goal is to know you don't have to figure everything out alone.
The Papaful ANCHOR Framework
Throughout the series, we'll use the Papaful ANCHOR framework to guide conversations and reflection.
A — Acknowledge your inherited story N — Name what you're carrying C — Calm your nervous system H — Hold your values O — Own your leadership at home R — Rebuild generational strength
Together, these steps help fathers understand where they come from, how they show up today, and how they want to co-lead their families moving forward. You won't be expected to have any particular experience or background with this framework. We'll introduce and explore each part together throughout the series.
The Papaful Community App
Your registration includes one year of access to the Papaful community app. The app gives you another way to stay connected with other dads beyond your weekly group sessions.
You'll be able to:
• Find/host local meetups and events • Make introductions with fathers in your area • Engage in discussion forums • Participate in weekly check-ins • Join Ask Me Anything sessions • Continue building connections beyond the 8-week series
We'll introduce you to the app during our first session and show you how it works. There's nothing you need to do with the app before we begin.
What to Expect
This is not a class about how to be a better father. It's not therapy. It's not about telling you what you're doing wrong.
It's a space to pause, reflect, talk with other dads, and think intentionally about the kind of father and partner you want to be. Some weeks may feel thoughtful and serious. Some may be funny. Some conversations may challenge you. Others may simply remind you that you're not the only one figuring things out.
There is no perfect way to participate. Come as you are.
We're really glad you're here, Chris, Kathrin & Andrew The Papaful Team
